AVALON BELLTOWN

The Avalon Belltown Towers Project is a 24 story mixed-use building with 275 apartments and over 10,000 sf of commercial area located in the heat of Downtown Seattle. This project is years in the making and it all started with a simple introductory meeting with Lotus, Avalon and Ankrom Moisan Architects. This is a statement project for Avalon and they wanted to differentiate this project from the rest of their projects by utilizing Lotus Fixtures customizable abilities.
From start to finish Lotus worked with Ankrom Moisan and Avalon to fully design and manufacture a customized modern mobile kitchen islands, decorative LED corridor slat walls, and high strength closet system made of blackened steel and walnut drawers. Lotus Fixture is also providing LED mirrors and our frameless shower enclosures.This project to complete in mid 2019.
